Our gardens can be designed for special needs. Our bag system includes tables to eliminate bending and also allow for wheelchair access. Sensory gardens can be built for autistic or impaired individuals also. Horticulture therapy includes the physical and mental benefits of gardening and is beneficial for PTSD, dementia or just the extension for elderly people to continue a lifetime of gardening. Your donation can help with the build out of these special gardens and the sustainable programs that follow.

"Horticulture therapy, such as gardening, can have long-term physical benefits like increased hand-eye coordination, finger flexion, and balance, which develop through lifting soil, digging, and standing for long periods of time."
