Instructions:

  1. Either boil or grill corn
  2. Once cooked, remove kernels from corn
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Notes

  1. If time allows, grill your corn for maximum flavor.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high heat
  3. Remove silk and husk from corn
  4. Brush with olive and generously season
  5. Grill 2-3 minutes per side or until slightly charred
  6. Cool before using
